How we judge
We measure this government against its own words, not against its rivals. Every assertion below carries a source you can open. We separate what was promised from what was allocated, what was allocated from what was released, and what was released from what actually reached people — because in Indian governance those four are routinely reported as if they were one. Where a portfolio has not yet produced enough verifiable record to assess, we say so and leave it ungraded rather than inventing a score. Credit is recorded on the same evidence standard as criticism.
