Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) candidate Maria Jennifer has asserted that her policy is to run a transparent administration free from bribery and corruption. Campaigning in the Kanyakumari Assembly constituency, she addressed the public regarding the performance of political rivals. She criticized the DMK candidate and former Mayor Mahesh, citing poor road quality in Nagercoil and alleged misconduct against sanitation workers. Jennifer also pointed out the dissatisfaction with the sitting AIADMK MLA, claiming failure in fulfilling duties. She emphasized that NTK aims for an industrial growth plan centered around the land and resources of Kanyakumari. She appealed to the public to vote for the 'Gavel' (NTK symbol) to remove corrupt forces and bring about a significant change in governance.
