Nagercoil, Nov 8 - A pedestrian street campaign on behalf of the Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) to meet the people was held in the Kanniyakumari Assembly Constituency. In preparation for the 2026 Tamil Nadu elections, this campaign series has been initiated by the NTK Kumari unit. Plans have been made to conduct these events in various phases until the conclusion of the elections. NTK members gathered in Periyakadu village under the Kanniyakumari constituency and conducted a street-by-street campaign with assembly candidate Maria Jenifer. During the event, Maria Jenifer distributed tree saplings to the villagers and sought their support. Similarly, street campaigns are scheduled to continue in the evenings in the coming days until the elections. Along with the march, awareness was also created for the 'Kadalamma' conference scheduled to be held in Thoothukudi on November 21st.
