NTK Listens to Public Grievances in Esanthimangalam Panchayat

Nagercoil, Feb 7: Representatives of the Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) met with the public in Esanthimangalam Panchayat to listen to their grievances. As part of the 'Maria Jennifer with People' campaign, Maria Jennifer visited the area to understand resident demands and explain the party's policies and governance plans. During the meeting, residents raised several infrastructure concerns. They pointed out that government buses are forced to cross the damaged banks of the Ananthanar canal in Arumanallur in a dangerous manner. Furthermore, they complained that the bridge connecting Arumanallur and Thadikkaran Konam has remained unfinished for over a year, with only pillars standing, forcing people to take long detours. Another safety concern raised was an electric pole placed inside the Ananthanar canal, which residents fear could lead to accidents due to negligence by the electricity board. Maria Jennifer assured the public that the NTK would take necessary actions to resolve these issues. During the event, several local youths joined the Naam Tamilar Katchi. Following this, a meeting was held with party functionaries to discuss strategies and plans for the upcoming legislative assembly elections.
