Nagercoil, Oct 16: A student named Akash, studying at LMS Higher Secondary School, has been selected to play for the Tamil Nadu state volleyball team in the under-14 category. To support his achievement, the Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) provided him with necessary assistance and sports equipment. On behalf of the party, Maria Jeni, the state coordinator of the Women's Wing, congratulated Akash and presented him with the gifts. She also assured that the party would provide further assistance to help him succeed in international competitions. Several members, including state coordinator Deepak Solomon and local party functionaries from the South Thamaraikulam area of the Kanyakumari assembly constituency, participated in the event.
