At a literary festival organized by the Lemuria Tamil Literary Forum in Swamithoppu Anbuvanam, Maria Jennifer, the state coordinator of the Naam Tamilar Katchi women's wing, participated as a guest. Speaking at the event, she described Ayya Bala Prajapathi Adigalar as the 'Periyar of the Tamil race.' The event brought together experts from Tamil departments, history professors, writers from Kanyakumari, and film industry professionals.
Speaking on the topic 'Politics and Literature,' Maria Jennifer discussed how the literary figures of Kanyakumari have contributed to the richness of the Tamil language. She stated that literature plays a vital role in creating political awareness among people and approaching politics critically. She also mentioned Seeman's revolutionary policy to declare Kanyakumari district as the spiritual and philosophical capital of Tamil Nadu. She concluded by stating that a political revolution cannot succeed without a cultural revolution and pledged the party's support for the efforts of the Lemuria Tamil Literary Forum.
